As a Fitness Life Coach and Motivational Speaker I find myself experiencing people from all cultures and various walks of life. It is apparent to me that the one thing they don't have, that they search far and wide for is 'HOPE'. Hope in the ability to change their life circumstances from bad to good; weather it be health or changing the way they look on the outside. My goal is together we can make that change happen by simply knowing what your body needs, what it can accomplish, how long it takes to make that change permanent. Making a change in the right direction for you creates a change in your life; which will ultimately change your health. During the (1) one hour session I will talk to you about your physical abilities & limitations; injuries, health issues that may prevent you from obtaining maximum results, exercise mechanics and adaptation. If you are an athlete we will discuss athletic performance, power and strength. Injury prevention and recovery. sports supplementation, and personal programs and why they don't work. vitamins and what you may or may not need.
I will also provide 12 week fitness & nutrition program
